Questions About Cinema 4D 12 – GSG Live Cast 15 Comments

I wanted to repost this Live Cast from a while back about CInema 4D Version 12. It covers a lot of the new features of Cinema 4D Version 12 and goes over how to use some of them. I know it’s a few months old now, but I thought it would be useful to those of you that missed it. If you haven’t watched GSG Live, you can see all the old episodes over at the UStream Channel.     Does anybody know how to do bullet time in R12?

    Everytime I go from 100% to 2% and then from 2% back to 100% it screws up the middle part. Right after 2% it gets down to 0% and nothing moves up to the 2% keyframe.

    I would love to get the Light Kit Pro for my XL Studio 11.5

    Is it working with 11.5?

      Hi, Sebastian. You bet. The Light Kit Pro works great with any version of cinema 4D past 10. Just make sure you have Mograph installed. Let me know if you have any more questions about the kit.

    Hi Nick,
    I would like to say that the video is internet hungry cause it starts to play automatically and hard to manage the player.

    I cant scrab through it. It freezes if I touch the timeline and I have to start all over again.

    Hey Nick.

    I have a quick question regarding Lens Effects in R12. When you edit your reflexes on lights (under Lens)… horizontal streaks are no longer visible in R12. Is this a bug with the new version? or is it something I did wrong?

    It works on R11.5 tho.

      That’s probably a good idea to do it in afx. I just thought it was a little odd that’s all. I wonder if there more of these little anomalies elsewhere in R12.
