  10. I would love to see a Spongebob Squarepants model tutorial next year. I think texturing and modeling would be fun in that.

      For the most part you answered your on question. I would find a tiled rope texture and DL the plugin “XReeper.” Convert to polygons and apply hair to the “polygon area.” Just adjust the thickness and length and you will get the fuzz when adding kink and frizz.
