I am surprised that there were people to watch my video on vimeo but no one has commentary and you do not put my video in your challenge.
    Perhaps she should not do?
    Thank you let me know!

Can you make a lightweight category for us beginner C4D users?

    Reply
    • You could make this as lightweight as you wish. And C4D is not a mandatory production tool. Use AE if you’re strong with that or use photoshop to make a bunch of images up and just edit them in iMovie. Your limit is your imagination and willingness to practice or try new things.

  8. Actually I feel like it’s a shame to post my work here. It’s been like a month since I started with C4D and that’s my first “ok” animation. I’m just glad to see everyone else’s work. Cheers, ppl!

    Hi gang

A bit of a monster render-time for me.

Wondering if the Sunday deadline is as the ‘sun comes up’ or the ‘sun goes down’?

ie no more submissions on the 13th or is the 13th still ok?

Eitherway thanks again Nick and Friends!

I hope that our submition time ends at the end of the day…in 23 hours according to the Chicago time… :)
It would be great if we knew exactly how much time is left, like in Robert Legers tasks..(d/h/m)!!!
If i don’t make it till the end of the day… :D

My original upload to vimeo is taking over 15 hours now and counting. I uploaded the same clip w/a different codec so hopefully it posts before deadline. Anyway, since you can’t unsubmit here’s the url in case this one works and the other doesn’t:

The link says it’s a private video. Might want to change that in the settings, unless of course it’s a secret.

  21. Hi Guys

I submitted my video last Saturday and it is not on the 5 sec project vimeo channel yet.

    Do you guys know why?

  22. Markus Bürster

I submitted my entry a few hours before the deadline and I got a message that everything is alright, but it hasn’t been added to the channel yet.

Just in case the submission failed (which isn’t that unlikely because I use Opera and there’s a germanic umlaut in my name…) here’s the link to my video:
