  • Congrats on getting married! Awesome podcasts by the way.

  • Congratulations on your marriage Nick! πŸ˜‰

  • Congratulations Nick!

  • Congrats man! thanks for the podcast.

  • I missed the chat room session but I wanted to ask you this question. Do you think 15% of what I am getting is a reasonable cut to give to someone, “manager”, who is finding me animation work, and thats all they are doing??

    And Congrats on the Marriage!!

  • Hey Nick, heartfelt congratulations!! All the best to you and your wife!

  • Get better soon Nick Campbell, you’re voice sounds super awesome even when you’re under the weather.

  • congrats on your marriage! i’m really happy for you. πŸ™‚
    best wishes

  • Hi Nick.congrats.i love the way you explain things
i need to know if C4D will works as well on my pc or not.this is my hardware :
    core 2 duo 2.66
    4 Gb Memory
    nvidia geoforce 9500 GT.
    i’m waiting your answer.best wishes ;).

    • I’m guessing that a Macbook pro, I’ve got pretty much the same specs.

It definitely runs, just takes a bit longer for render and you may want to do without ambient occlusion for animations. Most of the time your gonna wanna go do something else while rendering for a bit, then wait at your computer for the finished render. Other then that every thing runs smooth on mine.

      • thank you so much CGM for the informations^^.
for my computer i have HP desktop pc πŸ˜‰ .

        • Cinema 4D will run great even on a First Generation MBP. It’s all about what you make with the tool. Don’t worry about render times until you are in a tight deadline with a client.

  • i’m really happy for you, too.

  • Congrats Nick. You are married!

  • congratulations nick!

  • great advice! I was struggling with never creating anything from the ideas that I had because I wanted them to be perfect, but then when I started to actually work on my projects through my failure they developed into something greater than I originally intended. Congrats on the marriage!

  • Congratulations ;D
