Smart Send for Cinema 4D:
Send more than just materials. The Send button now supports HDRIs, Gobos, Area Light Maps, and Surface Imperfections. It automatically imports these elements with pre-built setups, helping you work faster and more efficiently.

Meet Smart Send

Smart Send is the fastest way to get assets from Studio into Cinema 4D.

The Send button used to only handle materials and models. Now it’s leveled up. With Smart Send, you can drop HDRIs, Gobos, Area Light Maps, and Surface Imperfections into Cinema 4D, fully set up, connected, and ready to use.

No extra clicks. No node wrangling. Just one button.

Smart Send in Action:

• Send HDRIs → Drops into a Dome Light and connects everything.

• Send Area Light Maps → Builds an area light rig with your texture applied.

• Send Gobos → Adds a spotlight with the gobo applied and a look-at target for easy lighting.

• Send Surface Imperfections → Inserts into your node graph, pre-routed with a ramp.

This isn’t just faster, it’s smarter. Built to anticipate the next step so you don’t have to.
